Born and raised in Rancho Cucamonga, attending both Etiwanda and Alta Loma High Schools. Myself and my and 2 boys have been involved within the communities of Claremont, Upland, Rancho and Fontana for the greater of 12 years.

Prior to Real Estate I worked for over 15 years in retail sales management, leading high volume stores and districts.

I began my real estate career in 2005 working as a Loan Officer and quickly advanced by leading the office in converted transactions over the internet, I understood that the new wave of buyers were coming from the web.

After promoting to management I saw the need for a short sale division as the market took a shift, and spearheaded the office to move towards that niche. My office became dominant in the field closing short sales well within 90 days and brought this proven process to the Prudential team.

Having worked for Prudential California Realty (Rich Cosner) during 09-11 I had the honor of receiving the Manger of the Year award. Recruiting and retaining the best talent within the IE for short sales and distress properties. The Rancho Cucamonga office quickly became dominant in both units and volume within its marketplace. The office more than doubled the productivity on both listing and buyer sides.

I take a proactive approach to doing business in today’s ever changing world. While leveraging my insight and relations with past lenders and investors, I coach agents in how to gain an upper hand when representing offers being written.

I work with agents supporting their initiatives whether it be Commercial, REO’s, Short Sales, Equity or Probate, I have the knowledge in all areas that agents are learning how to get ahead of the curve and are reaping the rewards of the education and experience.

Leading by motivation and accessibility, to be in the game with each agent along the way to ensure successful outcomes of their dedication to the transaction. I bring coaching and training that organically reflects current market trends and needs, including the usage of technological tools that are required to be in the real estate game at the top levels, including YouTube, text, websites, social media, etc... You will not only see, but experience firsthand, my passion for the business, striving for excellence in the market place by providing the best customer service in North America.

Currently today I have opened up my own office under the Monaco Realty brand. Along with my family of agents we are redefining how business is done today. By utilizing technology to connect back with the community, we will go and grow within each neighborhood.
